About PACO

Cary Chin, violin

Cary Chin has been coaching chamber music at PACO for 25 years, parenting 3 PACO graduates, serving on the Board for over 20 years, and as President for 8 years. He studied chamber music and violin with Andor Toth at Stanford University. He is a firm believer that chamber music training for young musicians can lead to better communication, enhanced understanding, and deeper relationships in all facets of life. 

Professionally, Cary holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and retired after 35 years  in computer hardware and software design.
