A Bach Celebration

The Palo Alto Chamber Orchestra is pleased to present its 22nd annual A Bach Celebration! Current members join PACO emeriti and distinguished Bay Area musicians to celebrate Bachs birthday. These three Sunday evening concerts feature a variety of instrumental and vocal chamber music by JS Bach.

An Evening at Zimmermanns.
Bach, in retirement in Florida since 1750, agrees to compose a new cantata to celebrate PACOs 40th Anniversary. The program will also include bona fide works by JS, and it is hoped that both Bach and his wife will put in an appearance.
