PACO Audition Application Form

Application Procedures:

  1. Fill in the information required on the Audition Application Form.
  2. Click "Submit" at the bottom of the application form.
  3. Read the instruction and print out the application form.
  4. Obtain the required signatures from private music teacher and parent/guardian.
  5. Send the signed application form along with a $25 application fee (payable to PACO) on or before March 21, 2012.
  6. Candidate will be notified by e-mail of their audition time and place one week prior to the audition date (Sunday, April 15th).
