Application Procedures: - Fill in the information required on the Audition Application Form.
- Click "Submit" at the bottom of the application form.
- Read the instruction and print out the application form.
- Obtain the required signatures from private music teacher and parent/guardian.
- Send the signed application form along with a $25 application fee (payable to PACO) on or before March 21, 2012.
- Candidate will be notified by e-mail of their audition time and place one week prior to the audition date (Sunday, April 15th).
